Entry-level Customer Success and Marketing

👋 Hi, I’m Isaac. I’m passionate about bringing value to businesses. I’ve worked with three small companies that were just getting off the ground. This sparked my interest in business and led me to improve my skills. One of the best ways I’ve seen businesses grow is when they invest in Customer Support and Marketing. Here’s how I do that:

Organization. I use it to my advantage. If I see a mess I’m the guy who gets in there and starts organizing it. It’s second nature to me. I stay organized by using what I have at my disposal, like the internet. From Google Keep for personal organization, and HubSpot for managing my email templates, to using Hunter.IO for organizing email leads, I like to keep my digital life organized.

Empathy. I try to make customers happy regardless of their attitude. When I worked in the service industry, I brought the highest customer satisfaction out of all the other competitors.

From retail to management, I’ve always used my people skills to find the best possible outcome.

Efficiency. I like it when things run smoothly. I used knowledge from past work experience to put in place processes that decreased ticket time and improved turnover rates. I’m always looking for inefficiency in workflows and finding improvements.
